Job Requirements
- Meeting the expectations of our daily operator checklist (Maintenance and cleanliness)
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Working knowledge of all other types of equipment required by the paving crew
- Physical demands are required
- Being on time and potentially working long hours and weekends
- Coachable personality and eagerness to respond to directions
Required Knowledge and Experience
Along with meeting all the job requirements listed above, this person is required to have 2+ years’ experience working on a paving crew. Ability to drive across middle Tennessee to various job sites and locations.
